About Me

Hi, My name is Adel. I am currently based in Virginia and a UX Designer who loves trying new restaurants, spending time with loved ones, and exploring DC.

I was always interested in creative outlets like graphic design and drawing but never pursued it professionally. It was always my intention to become a teacher as I was good with children, enjoyed helping others, and found joy in finding creative ways to teach.

In 2016, I discovered UX and was curious to learn more as it incorporates my interests in technology, business, psychology, and design. I knew I wanted a career that allowed me to challenge myself creatively while having clear metrics of how to successfully perform the job. I started my journey into UX in 2020 and love listening to user stories and collaborating with other designers.
